I worked in ILM Tutoring as a HR management representative. I was working in a team of about 8 to 10 people. My duties were to receive calls from all the students and listen to their concerns about the staff. I was also in-charge of recruiting a teacher if a teacher had called in sick or was unable to make it.This relate to my goal in near future because I got a chance to work with people. In HR you need to able to communicate with people in a professional manner, in order for you to accomplish the goals and help make the company better place.

Activities: My job was to interact with people who varied in various ages and help them when they required.
Resources: In order to get better results a healthy teamwork was required by all the staff. We had to help each other. We had to complete everything within the business hours
Facilities: Since the company is new, not a lot of people know about it
Information: In this, my job was to do everything what an HR person was to do. It helped me understand about the safety of everyone individuals job and it gave me a glimpse of what field I am going into.

A sustainable technology that I use on a everyday basis is my car. Many of you might say the car is changing, but it really is not. Today an average car has four wheels, 1 driver, speedometer, and is greatly ergonomically mobilized. I believe it is safe to say that the cars have been upgraded in a manner to suit our comfort, for example air conditioning, music, safer chairs, but in the end it is the same thing just upgraded to help us.

A disruptive technology that is used on a daily basis is an Itouch, it could be said that it is an upgraded technology, but when you look at it, it really isn’t. An itouch provides music on the go, before there were CD players and tape recorders, or even old record players. It has all developed, itouch has taken music to another level, it is touch screen, it allows you to watch videos and listen to various music at a single touch.

The first thing I do when I wake up is check my phone, well its the phone that wakes me up so I have to check it. The hardware is the Cell Phone. The software is what the cell phone uses the software which allows cell phone users to communicate with one another and organize information like saving someone’s phone number in the phonebook and editing a certain ringtone for certain people. The procedure is the how to, it is basically the process of inputting the information into your phone using the keypad. The data can be the number keypad on the phone. Well, without people, we won’t really have anyone to call or text, well the phone would be kind of uselss.

After fully waking up I check my mail, gmail to be specific. So the hardware would be the laptop. The software is the Operating system, Windows Vista, and Google Chrome. The procedure consists writing the website on the address bar and logging in using user name and password. The data can be considered as the e-mail I recieved and people is who I recieved the e-mail from.

After checking gmail, I have to go on Facebook since I get my facebook mails on gmail. So the laptop again is the hardware, The software again would be operating system, Internet browser, which allows us to log into facebook and reconnect with friends and the procedure would be opening up links and reading up your walls and checking facebook mail. The data would be what the posts has been on facebook and if it weren’t for people, we wouldn’t have facebook, no wall posts, no commentings. Facebook is all about connecting to people!

When I get bored I listen to music, using the famous Youtube. so the hardware is again the computer or the laptop. Software is the Operating system, vista and Internet explorer. The procedure would be searching up the video on the search bar and choosing your favorate video. The data would be what you search up and the using the keyboard to search it up and the people would be that if people weren't around, we wouldn't have videos to watch

Many people look up to Warren Buffett not only because he was ranked as the 2nd richest person in the world or the fact that after his donation to charity his net worth is US$37 billion. But the fact that he has been named the top money manager of the 20th century. He is one of the most successful investors in history. He has got his degree in Economics from Columbia University in 1951. In 2008, it has been reported that there had been at least 47 books in print with Warren Buffett's name in the title. I admire him because he has made many valuable decisions in his life and that he knew when to invest in which stock. He has a good understanding of stocks and is capable of making the right decision at the right time. Maybe that’s the reason many people admire him
